CELEBRATE!
Spring is here, the weather is warmer and soon everything will be in bloom – a true cause for celebration! April gives us even more to celebrate-it's a month dedicated to libraries, with National Library Week, National Library Workers Day and Library Giving Day all taking place. And thanks to the incredible generosity of 31 donors, including seven new supporters and a matching gift from the Schroeder-Seidenkranz Charitable Fund, the Stillwater Public Library Foundation's Library Giving Day raised just over $10,000. Thank you for making a difference! And, the celebrations continue. |

| April is National Volunteer Month, making it the perfect time to recognize the 70 dedicated volunteers who donated an incredible 2,769 hours to the library in 2024.
If you get a chance, please thank a library volunteer for all they do to make our library a warm and welcoming place for everyone. |

The evening features appetizers, drinks, and a conversation with acclaimed author Nickolas Butler about his newest book, A Forty Year Kiss. This is the Foundation's only fundraising event of the year and it promises to be a magical evening of great food, live entertainment, and the best view of Stillwater's spectacular fireworks show from the library's Johnson Terrace. |
