Style Speaks Volumes
November 10 & 11, 2017
More than $6,000 was raised to update the library’s wardrobe of books and programs at Style Speaks Volumes IV on November 10 & 11 2017!
Nine local authors rewrote themselves as models for the benefit of the library at the Stillwater Public Library Foundation’s style show luncheon at Revé Bar & Bistro. Wearing fashions from SASH, Enchanté, and Matt+Nate’s Men’s Life Style, authors stopped at each table to talk about their books and their outfits.
The annual event illustrated E. Jean Carroll’s declaration that “books are the latest fashion for the brain.”
